1) N/A 2) I think I have more trouble with consonants, particularly W’s and M’s. 3) Any time when I’m not speaking to someone face-to-face. Phone, drive-thru, talking in a different room, etc. 4) As a kid; it was a daily struggle. I’ve racked up a few dozen awful, embarrassing moments that come back to me every so often, usually while I’m lying in bed at night. As I’ve gotten older, stuttering bothers me less and less. It’s still annoying, no doubt, but not enough to ruin my day.
