Cluttering and stuttering

Cluttering and stuttering I have speech disorder since i was a child,, however i never went to SPL I am now 24 and went to see a doctor specialized in speech disorder I recently got diagnosed with cluttering disorder The doc told that i clutter I have a combination of cluttering and a slight stuttering Cluttering is really severe compared to stuttering which a little bit less I speak incredibly fast which causes me to skip words, letters, syllables Is this problem able to be overcome or even controlled
