Hahahah well I told this mastermind that it's a disability meaning I have no control over it and that her behaviour was workplace bullying and discrimination. So I could call HR right after that phone call with her if she still thinks it's funny hahah I kind of wish I just did thinking back on it now, if she was so comfortable doing that to me imagine who else she acted like this towards. I just quit that job for another one today! Hopefully the new place won't be as snobbish as the previous one
