Hi. I'm Sue. I stuttered from age 5 until I was 70. I spent years learning about stuttering. What you’ve described doesn't sound like what I recognize as cluttering other than the rapidity when excited. You mentioned slurring too. That sounds like your multiple issues might even be neurological. I don't know where you live or your age or gender. From what you wrote, I think a speech pathologist could give you a diagnosis at least. I don't know your finances, insurance status, etc. but if you’re still a student in most countries schools provide speech evaluation and therapy. If there's a university nearby that has a speech therapy program that might be a way to receive free low-cost treatment. It took me 70 years but I'm totally fluent.
