Fuck ignorant people who get one stoopid idea and think it will solve everything. I remember one night my brother made me learn some Eminem rap then forced me to rap it again and again. The man didn't know anything about stuttering and didn't bother to Google what would actually help. Instead, he makes up some stoooopid shit and forces me to eat it. And before people say he was trying to help. NO, uninformed opinions/instructions do more damage than good.
