A new guy at work also stutters

A new guy at work also stutters We've been working together for a few days now. We talk about where we're from, what we do for fun, and all sorts of stuff like that while on the job. But, even though we get along very well, there's one thing we don't talk about: stuttering. We both have very noticeable stutters and we both stutter when talking to each other. But neither of us mentions stuttering at all. I wonder why that is?
