I’ve been taking magnesium citrate for the last month or so and my stuttering has reduced significantly now that I think about it. An unexpected side effect but very welcome. I find myself able to hold more fluent conversations and contribute to conversations without anxiety about stuttering. I used to always worry about it in the back of my mind and choose my words carefully to avoid stuttering but now I can just flow easier without having to jump through hoops. I think magnesium citrate or glycinate works you might just have to try both to see which one you respond better to. I assume it has something to do with the anxiety easing effects that it has on you
