I have to just nervous laugh once I get out of my block or sputter whatever like we had been having a jovial interaction whether we had been or not, say oh yeah I talk like this or yeah I stutter haha ha... Ha... Usually that brings to light if the wince is genuine stupefied discomfort or impenetrable rudeness.  I definitely do look like I'm glitching sometimes I'm sure. Someone I worked with started our work relationship with this face, explained what a stutter is and I let them call me Remix by the end of the first day and everything was fine after that. I realize not everyone could take that level of causal but I laugh at life...this person would seriously like hear someone giving me a hard time and go "HEY I know you aren't giving Remix a hard time!" People did not know what to do and just finished their transaction and left lol  I try to pity them for their lack of face control and imagine how they look at people with physical disabilities or mobility aids. They gotta learn.
