On that topic (not OP), I’ve always been able to read aloud when by myself or in front of others without stuttering, but for whatever reason, my stutter creeped its way into my speech when I read aloud in Spanish (in class, in front of others only). I actually was able to read aloud in Spanish class beforehand with no real problem, but the stutter unfortunately developed in that area overtime. I have no clue why, but it’s certainly interesting.
