Yeah, one time when i was 16 i did it in front of father while we were in car (it was embarrassing for me, i still feel ashamed), and other time when i was 18 cause had bad day, i am ashamed of it too, but hey, we are humans too, and it's normal to express emotions, but nowadays i stopped crying about it, not cause i accepted it, just cause crying won't help anyway, so no point in doing it
