Although I can say my first and last name, my middle name (Alexander) is a bitch to spit out. The only tip I can recommend is to just stare at something intensely and then try pronouncing it syllable by syllable. The aim of the game is not to wince or make sporadic movements because it worsens it. Best of luck!
