I have realized that accepting your stutter is the best way to deal with it. Did I have to make compromises in my career? Yes, I did. But did I die? No. On a lighter note, I look pretty good (muscular, no belly and lean) for my age, and despite wearing a wedding band, I get hit on by girls 8-10 years younger than me. Moments like that make me happy. (not that I am going to cheat on my wife).
