I am far from being happy and cure stuttering but there is little something I can share with you. 1. Do whatever you need to finish a word/sentence. I started making pauses after first letter but never did in entire life. I had problems only 2-3 times when people could not hear or understand me in a year. 2. If you speak more - stuttering is more controllable. Of course there are bad days out of nowhere. I can recommend you online games or discord servers. As I remember someone created discord for stutters to speak. If you want to date a girl - just search online. They may find stuttering cute or sympathize - you never know. Better to try and fail than being lonely. It's much easier when making online friends and should help you. 3. If you focus and think about stuttering more - fear adds on top of stuttering itself. I am opposite to being relaxed all the time but my head is full of ideas and life things now. This helps a little as my fear enters just before conversation and I don't have enough time to overthink it.
