Its hard for me to say my name... any advice?

Its hard for me to say my name... any advice? I can usually avoid stuttering by prolonging the words or preceding everything with 'uhh'. But its really difficult for me to say my own name. I hate introductions and I feel like shit afterwards. Any suggestions?
