What I do is I tell the interviewer that I have a stutter. Also try to go to your nearby college and ask if they have a speech therapy clinic, it’s usually free. It will greatly help you. I been unemployed for a while but Right now I don’t stutter as much during interviews. I still get nervous beforehand but I am aware that it’s just nerves and can be overcome.
