Find someone who accepts the whole "package". Of course, don't use it as an excuse not to improve your speech or yourself in general. Personally, I was indirectly rejected last month because of my stuttering but I don't care - and I'm determined to beat my stuttering and I do it for myself, not to impress anyone. Plenty of girls out there who doesn't care about your stuttering or even find it "cute".
