Oh yeah I forgot to mention I've never been to starbucks. I did hear their ordering system is a little complicated though, so I see where you're coming from. It's just that with ordering, the sentences don't really have much variation so I guess I've just gotten used to saying the same things over and over again. Asking receipts is something outside of normal procedure, so it seems more intimidating for me because it's a lot more unpredictable.
