Yeah it does hit your confidence and bring you down, you work yourself up so much to make the call, then you wish you didn't bother.. It's a struggle you will have throughout life I'm afraid.. I'm 60 and the thought of making or even receiving a call fills me with dread.. soon as my phone rings I enter panic mode!
