Can ADHD medication effect my stutter Im a 22 year old finishing out college, about a year ago I got prescribed Ritalin for my ADHD and it's been very helpful through my day to day. But something I'm realizing is my stutter has been getting more frequent and harsh. Me and my girlfriend have been together for a year and a half so I started taking the prescription after we were together for about 5-6 months and she's the main person whose pointing this out too me because I never would stutter around her. My stutters always been around but it would be an occasional thing through my first 3 years of college. This return is frustrating because as a kid I went through all that therapy and to have it come back in an aggressive way and not be able to pinpoint the cause is killing me. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this cause I'll stop taking the meds right now. Being able to not get the last line of a joke out is way too crucial.
