Is there anyone a practicing psychiatrist, clinical psychologist or psychotherapist?

Is there anyone a practicing psychiatrist, clinical psychologist or psychotherapist? I'd like a career in those fields but my stutter is pretty severe so I don't know if it would be realistic.
