That's great that you want to act! And also that you've pushed through your bad days. My advice to combat those 'dread spirals' (as I like to call them, where we psych ourselves up into a mess and then lose fluency because of it) is to immediately face whatever it is you're feeling nervous about. For instance, if you stutter once on the phone and you begin feeling dread that it'll happen again and avoiding future calls, just do it. Personally, I tend to build weird boogeymen in my head if I have a bad experience, and it makes me avoidant and dreadful. Avoiding the thing just makes the boogeyman stronger, I give it more power, until eventually the anxiety toward it is paralyzing. Facing it immediately makes me realize it's not so bad afterall. We all have good and bad days. All we can do is try to not let the bad times steal away potential good times.
