Talking to people in public

Talking to people in public I always try to have someone with me that im really close to when i order food or need to talk to someone i dont know. You know so i can have someone help me communicate to people. I usually have my older brother to "translate" what im trying to say. I havent always had a stutter, its developed out of nowhere about two or three summers ago.
