Ive grown up in a really international environement, english/french/italian. Ive always been able to switch a word that i feel i’ll stutter on with the same word in the other language to incrase speech fluency. However, i feel like thats only cheated me as when im in a setting where i have to stick to 1 language only, i dont have that lifeline so end up stuttering alot more!
