It's not an official job title but everyone refers to me as that simply because I'm the person in charge of the gaming department. So basically, all new games/consoles, all the gaming sections in the store are under me. I handle it all, how my section looks, take care of it, speak with the reps (Microsoft, Nintendo, and Sony) etc. I'm in charge of new releases with games and consoles. Pretty much it. It's fun and I enjoy it. I take pride in my section and how it looks. It's really cool because I've gotten so comfortable with my section that I actively look to help out customers in my department. As a gamer myself, I want it to be easiest for customers to find what they're looking for. Whenever a customer ask me a question, I feel so confident that I'm fluent with how I speak.
