> Any way to reduce/remove the anxiety? I just fucking hate my stutter That's the dilemma isn't it? It's very difficult to reduce anxiety if you have such negative feelings towards your stutter and you avoid everything. It's not going to get better until you stop avoiding and you identify the emotions that are causing you to avoid. For me it was fear. I was in denial of my fear. When I confronted the fear, I was able to accept my stuttering more and avoid less. Hope this helps and hang in there.
