Has anyone here read Lee G Lovett's "Stuttering & Anxiety Self-Cures" and found it helpful? I see a lot of pws swear by that book and I'm considering buying it. I have a moderate stammer that's really holding me back and it's so exhausting. What's everyone's experience with that book?
