I have a question that would help me greatly, my stutter is almost identical to this post. I keep seeing the comment or saying "if you don't stutter when you're alone then it isn't a muscle or learning to talk thing". Does this hold water? Is there anyone who still stutters if they are alone and talking or reading out loud? I'm asking this to understand if my stutter is more inline with anxiety, anticipation, stress and not a muscle related thing.
