Of course it makes a difference in communication. But it's not necessarily messing up the end goal. And of course it's hard for us. But it's not necessarily stopping us in the general things we want to do. Ultimately, you're going to have to come to terms with it. It's there - you can't necessarily change the people around you - and you can't necessarily perform exactly as you'd like - but you're still you, and this is what it's like. Find yourself in this, because no one else is able to. It's yours.
