I believe that reminding yourself of the fact that you don’t care if you stutter is key. I try to do this too. If I overthink I stutter, if I underthink I stutter. I just remind myself that I don’t care if I stutter. I just need to say it. More often than not, I stutter for a second and everything’s fine after that. Just try this. Maybe it’ll help.
