I use the same techniques for verbal communication in any language. I use early onset. This made me want to ask, does anyone else stutter more when speaking certain languages? Spanish was my first language but quickly replaced with English as soon as I started school at age 5. When I speak Spanish now as an adult, I stutter so much worse than when I speak English (which is impressive 🙄)
