Stutter in foreign languages?

Stutter in foreign languages? I speak two languages besides English, and despite knowing one of them since early childhood and learning it not far behind my English, it seems like my stutter is much worse in both other languages? For instance, despite being an adult woman, in Spanish I sound very much like a young girl if you can’t see me (like on a phone call). I have to speak really slowly to prevent myself from stumbling too much to even be understood, and even then I have a lot of blocks happening. This problem is made a lot worse in Japanese, when one misplaced enunciation can totally change what I’m trying to say. Does anyone else have these types of issues?
