Hey buddy, I get you. I’ve recently started dating and luckily my partner knows about it and is fortunately very supportive. She encourages me to take speech therapy and always motivates me before I have an important presentation or a meeting. That’s how a relationship should be. Most people don’t understand stutter and laugh it out, even you must be laughing at someone elses disability unknowingly. I would say give her a chance, explain your struggles, your past, your anxiety, everything. I’m pretty sure she’ll understand if she loves you. But you need to at least give her a chance.
