>my fear of getting caught stuttering. Why does it bother you if people hear you stutter? It's just a part of your speech, and likely always will be to an extent. They should care more about WHAT you have to say vs how fluent it comes out. It's scary and people are mean, but that doesn't mean you don't deserve to be heard and put yourself out there. I hope that helps a little anyways, I personally just had to learn to accept that I stutter and from there I actually noticed my fluency increasing because I wasn't focusing on if I was gonna stutter or not, it was either going to happen or not. All I can do is try and slow down, breathe, and use whatever tips and tricks I have up my sleeve to get through it when it does. I know everyone is different and it's likely not that simple for a lot of people. You're definitely not alone in the loneliness tho, feeling like you can't communicate is not an easy thing to cope with, especially if it comes with isolation. I really hope you find something that helps you soon and things get better!
