There have been threads on here about people going to similar things. The big thing to remember is stuttering is not a death sentence or the end of who you are. If you stutter, you're still you, just with the stutter. Don't try to hide it. Don't avoid speaking or avoid words you feel your going to stutter on. Literally the best thing you can do is stutter and not care/feel ashamed. Because as horrible as it sounds to us, it's much easier when we stop trying to control it and just let it be.
