You don’t mix up phrases/sentences that you’re thinking of then blurt out something incomprehensible? I stutter and I do that shit a lot, to the point where people are constantly questioning my abilities and intelligence. Example: I might be thinking of saying “I missed my train” and “I was late to my train” and both will come out at the same time like my brain couldn’t decide which sentence would be better to say. So it’d be like “I late missed mightrain”. And I do this in addition to getting blocks, stammering over sounds, changing up the next word I’m going to say, and forgetting what word was supposed to come next so I either elongate a word or stop speaking entirely. I have ADHD, autism, and a stutter and I don’t know which single one or combo of those causes me to do that. But it doesn’t mean I have cognitive decline Biden’s been stuttering his entire life and sometimes it’s been worse than others. You can criticize his politics and his cabinet, but pointing out shit that plenty of other people do who don’t have “dementia” or whatever it is social media decided to internet diagnose him with today is disingenuous. And it makes people like me who actually do that feel like shit The only thing people are on the money on is that he’s old and certainly **does** have some additional issues making his speech worse. But that’s what you get with geriatrics and aging. He’s not incompetent as a politician.
