Parts of this make no sense. It does depend on the severity of the stutter, you contradict yourself there by saying "Stutter in a confident way". You can't just tell a stutterer with deepset facial contortions and "non-confident" blocking to not do it, which is effectively what you did by saying "just be confident". If they could they wouldn't be in that position. Most severe stutterers would kill to stutter in a "confident way". Also, it does matter for other reasons. I think that with a moderate stutter you should be fine, but blocking with contortions can literallly prevent you from sayig hi.
