I found a research study from other researchers who investigated spontaneous recovery: "*Those who had incorporated stuttering into the self-concept were much more likely to have remained stutterers, while those who had not incorporated stuttering into the self-concept were more likely to have recovered.*" See [this](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cwn0LO0lnuzsA-MhdOoTSTDg77P8LvdG/view?usp=sharing) screenshot. When you improved your stuttering, did you have the same experience as other recovered stutterers (from this research) to stop incorporating stuttering into your self-concept or self-image?
