The easiest and probably the best things are anti stuttering prosthetics like the Delayed Auditory Feedback (DAF) and the Edinburgh Masker. Check them out on Google. They are inexpensive and have a very high success rate. Also you will immediately know if they are for you. I have been using the Edinburgh Masker for years and it totally changed my life.
