Shows to model slower speaking My 6 year old son tries to talk a mile a minute. He's just a really fast talker, and it makes his stuttering affect him more. His SLP has recommended we model slow speech (but not try to direct him to speak slower) including watching shows where the dialogue is slower. She suggested Mr. Rogers and we have tried. As beloved as Mr. Rogers is, it's hard to get a kid used to modern netflix kids shows into it. Are there other shows or movies PG or G rated that are good for modeling slow, deliberate speech that an elementary schooler would watch?
