Thanks! You make a great point about choosing to not care. Just as we choose to care about things like stuttering we can choose not to. It took me many years to really understand this. Once you reach the point of not caring (and it happens gradually) it is so freeing. Better speech just follows along with it. I occasionally catch myself caring about my speech like I did years ago and I quickly put a stop to it. I remember days where the first thing I would think about in the morning was stuttering and now I hardly think about it at all, even if I do still stutter sometimes.
