We all feel you OP . Things that work for me when I am having a panic attack. Try to hit the reset button of your mind . Usually taking a nap or going for long walks of jogs helps or playing a video game . Basically distract myself . When I am stuttering a lot than usual I just tell my Brian "you win this battle,but I will get you next time ".
