There is an opportunity right there when you fail. You've to change your mindset about 'failing'. If done correctly, you can train your mind to get better every-time you fail and build resistance to the fear of failing. Let me demonstrate how: \- Next time you order food, go with the objective of failing. USE this opportunity to EXPERIMENT. When I did this, I tried ordering very slowly, or stutter voluntarily, or speak with lot of pauses and deep breath. I realized that speaking very slowly is easy for me in this situation. \- Go to another place and try speaking in the manner that makes it easy for you \- Repeat over and over so your brain starts recognizing this new pattern. Every time you fail, think of it as exposure therapy where you're building resistance to other people's opinion. Every time you succeed, analyze why you succeeded. Utilize this learning in your next interaction. \- Gradually start experimenting in higher stake conversations (work meetings, presentations, group conversations, etc.) \- Keep on reciting this mantra-----> ITS ALL ABOUT YOUR MINDSET...... "Failures are opportunities, obstacle is the way forward" "Failures are opportunities, obstacle is the way forward" "Failures are opportunities, obstacle is the way forward" "Failures are opportunities, obstacle is the way forward" "Failures are opportunities, obstacle is the way forward" "Failures are opportunities, obstacle is the way forward"
