Hey, If I have a block, for example to say "Morning", my chord muscles get so tight, it happens because I want to push the word out as soon as I can. When it happens it is a good idea to cut and start over( if it is the begging of the sentence). I use two mainly techniques. My favorite one is **Breathing exercise**. Before having a block inhale and while exiling say the word. Sometimes I say the word in lower tone. Second one is called **Repetitions**. This one is **mainly used with consonants. (Mo-mo-mo-morning)** . When you first start this technique it is recommended to repeat the first syllable for three times. I know when you start to use these exercises in a public (especially Repetitions) it is not very pleasant, so I suggest to start in front of the mirror to get used with yourself ( how you sound) than home and people you are comfortable with and only then use it in a public. Have a great day
