It helps to control the breathing..If I control the breathing and try to talk slower and stay calm I don’t stutter at all..But it also depends on who Im talking to and how I feel around them..when talking to some people that make me nervous I sometimes stutter and to other people I don’t stutter...it’s a constant battle😅
