I dont mention it in my resume but it is a good answer to the question of "what's one of your flaws'. Casually mention that you stutter and that you're always trying to improve your speech. You could also mention it when they ask you to tell a little bit about yourself. Should you get so far as to an interview it will of course be something that they'll notice, but I don't think you need put it in the resume.
