The question I posed is basically asking if we have ever seriously taken the time to separate the freeze-effect (when we block). If we attempt to send motor signals (in order to move the speech muscles that is necessary to speak).. and if we also get triggered by negative past experiences or anticipation or a lack of confidence aka **defeatism**. Then it might trigger physiological arousal (not just dopamine). If we then attempt to speak, we are simply unable to move the speech muscles to continue speaking aka freezing. But freezing is simply the outcome, the result basically. The contributing factors are defeatism & body symptoms (as explained above). So the question I had posed is: Have you guys implemented interventions to separate defeatism from physiological body symptoms?
