I highly suggest you disclose your stutter at the top of the interview. Your potential employer won’t be confused as to why you speak in that way, they can better integrate you into their workflow with your stutter in mind, and most importantly, you won’t have to hide it. Hiding it makes it worse. Come up with an angle to neatly tie the experiences you’ve had with your stutter with traits that would be desirable to potential employers. Good luck!
