Please never start taking benzos for situations where you “need to socialize”. It’s very easy to accidentally develop a debilitating physical dependency (different from psychological addiction). See my other comments in this sub for safe, free, and basically permanently effective solutions. No magic wands tho, as it involves uncomfortable, hard work
