My speech therapy lesson Hey guys, so I keep seeing posts of people looking for some help with stuttering. I am a mild stutterer in nervous situations but I am fluent around people I’m comfortable with. From first grade on I remember having a stutter but I finally got help with it in 7th grade. I saw a speech therapist who taught me to stretch out my words and do a sort of humming noise before I started speaking. This is def not a quick fix for stuttering, as I’m sure you guys know there is no quick fix and it sucks. Some days are good and others are bad, stuttering takes a huge emotional toll, Anyways, I really want to get “stretch” tattooed on me to constantly remind me because I always forget. I saw on here the vitamin B1 and magnesium treatment method and I’m gonna try it to see if It will give me some more confidence. Good luck guys, stuttering has made us all incredibly tough.
