Seem to have recently developer a stutter? 34 YO/Male looking for advice/comments. Hello, Just reaching out here to see if anyone has had a similar experience or any general advice anyone could offer me. I'm 34 yrs old and recently I seem to have developed what seems to be a stutter, when I say recently, I mean in the last 6-8 months. I've observed that sometimes I attempt to start a sentence, and I know what words I wish to say, but I cannot bring my mouth to say the words. For example, a friend of mine might ask which coffee shop we should go to and I want to say "Lets go to the normal one up the road.", but I cannot bring myself to say Lets, so I never start the sentence. I have been getting around this by changing the way I start the sentence, so instead I would quickly change what I want to say to "How about we go to the one up the road", but over the last month I seem to be having issues with this strategy as well. Just wanted to see if anyone else had something similar develop in adulthood.. its frustrating me a lot and really effects me in my job.
